PECKHAM IN ACTION

LANSING, MI- Peckham has named Brett Linton as its new Vice President of Manufacturing.  Linton will begin his appointment in early June, and will join Peckham’s leadership team in leading its growing apparel manufacturing division.

We are looking forward to him sharing his deep and diverse knowledge and skillset to empower and engage our staff and those we serve to continue to deliver high quality products and solutions to customers,” said Lisa Webb Sharpe, Chief Operating Officer.

As Vice President of Manufacturing, Linton will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and business operations of Peckham’s Manufacturing line of business. Peckham is a leading apparel manufacturer with more than 30 years of experience providing complete apparel solutions – from design to mass production – to a variety of government agencies and commercial clients.

Peckham’s manufacturing services provide a full service apparel manufacturing partnership with a  mission of employing people with disabilities and other barriers to employment.

Linton most recently served as the Strategic Director of Supply Chain for Dart Container Corporation where he facilitated innovative change initiatives within the operation and supply functions. Prior to this role, Linton served more than a decade at Emergent Biosolutions in various leadership roles including Vice President of Manufacturing Operations.  Responsible for strategy and implementation in production operations, he led operational excellence in program management initiatives, product/technology transfer, qualification and commercialization activities and more.

Linton holds a bachelor’s  degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Peckham is a nonprofit vocational rehabilitation organization that provides paid job training opportunities for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. For more than 43 years, Peckham has provided jobs and job skills training to thousands of individuals with barriers through five different business lines throughout Michigan, and has operations in Phoenix, Arizona and London, Kentucky.
