LANSING, MI- Peckham has named Tom Korff as its new Vice President of Business Services. Korff will begin his appointment in October and join Peckham’s executive leadership team in steering the success of its Contact Center Solutions division.

As Vice President of Business Services, Korff will provide operational leadership for contact center and IT helpdesk services that support government and commercial outsourced functions for more than 1,000+ employees. Peckham’s Contact Center Solutions division handles over 9 million interactions a year, ranging from simple end-user questions to front line ticket ownership of highly technical issues.
Korff has served this division of Peckham in various leadership roles, including Assistant Director of Business Development and several growth roles from Assistant to Senior Director, and most recently Assistant Vice President of Business Services. Prior to his service at Peckham, Korff has served in various customer service and technical service leadership roles, supporting both internal and external customers. These roles included Senior Vice President and North American Regional Technology Director for a global marketing and advertising company. As part of the Peckham team, he successfully launched the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Global Enterprise Help Desk (EHD) supporting over 30,000 DLA end users and thousands of DLA application users around the globe.
Korff holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
