Community Employment Services
Peckham’s Community Employment Services provides support to job seekers through fee-for-service and grant funded programs for individuals who are unemployed, underemployed or have limited work history. We are located at the Capital Area Michigan Works! Lansing Service Center.
Services Include:

- PATH (Partnership, Accountability, Training & Hope)
- WIOA (Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act) - Adult Programs
- WIOA (Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act) - Youth Programs
PATH (Partnership, Accountability, Training & Hope)
PATH is funded through Capital Area Michigan Works!, and provides services to parents receiving a TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) cash grant. Participants are referred through the Department of Human Services for job placement, support and training.
FAET (Food Assistance employment & training)
FAET is funded through Capital Area Michigan Works! and provides services to adults without dependents. Participants are referred through the Department of Human Services for job placement, support services, and training.

WIOA (Workforce innovation & opportunity act) - Adult
WIOA is funded through Capital Area Michigan Works! and provides services to eligible adults based on income or dislocation status. Eligible participants attend CAMW! Connections (remote presentation available) to receive information on eligibility and enrollment criteria. Program participants may receive job placement, support services, and training.

WIOA (workforce innovation & opportunity act) - youth
WIOA is funded through Capital Area Michigan Works! and provides services to youth, aged 16-24, to pursue completion of High School/GED credentials and obtain sustainable employment. Interested candidates can speak to a WIOA Career Coach to discuss eligibility, sustainability, and enrollment criteria. Program participants may receive case management, job placement, support services, and training opportunities.
