Peckham values work place diversity and firmly believes that it makes our organization stronger.  Peckham understands the inherent dedication, integrity, and honor that come with employing veterans and welcomes them into our diverse workforce.

Peckham is continuously working with local and state organizations and businesses to aid in the promotion of hiring our nation’s veterans.  We actively recruit and encourage veterans to apply for both staff and team member positions.

We recognize the unique needs of the men and women who have served our country, or are still serving in the Guard or Reserves, and are proud to offer employment opportunities to those who have recently transitioned into the civilian workforce.

Peckham creates a supportive environment for qualified veterans, offering paid training for jobs in IT Services, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.  These positions provide the opportunity for a veteran to gain transferable job skills, while continuing to connect with fellow veterans who offer peer support and insight.

She stopped in today to present Peckham Veteran Services with a 2014 Bronze Level Veteran Friendly Employer certificate to Greta Wu, Mitch Tomlinson, Tyler Riddle and Sarah George!

Veteran Peer Group

Peckham recognizes the importance of support and creates opportunities for veterans to connect with other veterans at Peckham for mutual sharing of camaraderie and fraternal support in their journey back into civilian life.

Peckham Veteran Services also works to raise community awareness of the unique needs of combat veterans.
