Position Details
  • On- call job coaching position
  • Provide one-on-one job training to program participants at various community work sites and Peckham facilities
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on client’s employment skills progress
  • Maintain a positive relationship with work related professionals
  • Provide on-the-job skills training to program participants to ensure that all job coach contracts and requests are honored
  • Advocate for all program participants
  • Read, analyze, interpret guidelines and write reports or other business correspondences
To Apply You Should
  • Have a High School diploma or General Equivalency Degree. College experience encouraged.
  • Have scheduling flexibility
  • Communication level in American Sign Language preferred, but not required
